Formula E on ottanut kaudella 10 käyttöön valmistajien palkinnon, joka on uusi palkinto ABB FIA Formula E -maailmanmestaruuden johtavalle valmistajalle. Tämä palkinto, joka jaetaan ensimmäisen kerran kauden 2023/24 päätteeksi, on uusi kilpailuelementti mestaruuskilpailussa.
Formula E:ssä on yksi moottoriurheilun vaikuttavimmista ja kilpailukykyisimmistä valmistajavalikoimista. Mestaruuskilpailussa on mukana kuusi valmistajaa (Electric Racing Technologies, Jaguar, Mahindra Racing, Nissan, Porsche ja STELLANTIS), jotka edustavat 11 tiimiä, mikä korostaa kentän syvyyttä.
The scoring for this trophy mirrors that of the Teams Championship, with points awarded based on the performance of each manufacturer’s two highest-scoring cars in every race (1st place: 25 points; 2nd place: 18 points; 3rd place: 15 points etc.). Points for Pole Position and Fastest Lap are also factored into the totals.
Voittajavalmistajalle jaetaan ainutlaatuinen pokaali kauden lopussa Formula E:n palkintojenjakotilaisuudessa. Lisäksi voittaja saa voittajamerkin, joka on esillä kypärissä, autoissa ja tiimivaatteissa seuraavalla kaudella.

Tämä aloite lupaa valmistajille parempaa näkyvyyttä hyödyntämällä Formula E:n digitaalisia ja lähetysalustoja tarinankerronnan tehostamiseksi. New leaderboards are also set to debut, highlighting the competitive strides of manufacturers throughout the season and adding a new layer to the Championship narrative. Complementing these advancements, updates to each team’s profile on the Formula E website will include their manufacturer and branded car name, ensuring fans receive a thorough understanding of the exciting competition.

Kauden 9 aikana Jaguarin ja Porschen toimittamat tiimit kilpailivat tiukasti ensimmäisestä E-Prixistä viimeiseen, ja Andretti Formula E:n Jake Dennis voitti ABB FIA Formula E -kuljettajien maailmanmestaruuden Porsche 99X Electric GEN3 -autolla ja Jaguarin asiakastiimi Envision Racing voitti ABB FIA Formula E -joukkueiden maailmanmestaruuden Jaguar I-Type 6 -autolla.
